The widow of a man who was stabbed in Over-the-Rhine on Wednesday is speaking out against the city's leaders, saying that she wants more to be done to prevent crime in Cincinnati.

Patrick Heringer was fatally stabbed in his OTR home on June 4. Police say Mordecia Black, who was wanted by police, killed Heringer. Now, Heringer's wife is demanding answers from city leaders.
