A 15-year-old boy was arrested Thursday on suspicion of fatally shooting a homeless man at an encampment in Long Beach, authorities said.

Two people are in critical condition after a shooting Thursday in Eastpointe, police said. Officers were called at about 6:15 p.m. to the 24000 block of Greenbrier Avenue near Interstate 94 and Stephens Road for a report of shots fired, according to authorities.
