Reform MP Rupert Lowe said he was standing by party leader Nigel Farage after US tech billionaire Elon Musk called for him to be replaced. The entrepreneur said on X that Farage "doesn't have what it takes" to lead the party - but did not explain his reasoning.

Elon Musk said Nigel Farage should quit as leader of Britain's right-wing Reform UK party in an abrupt withdrawal of support by the U.S. billionaire for the Brexit campaigner who is trying to shake up the British political establishment again.

It feels like just yesterday the X owner and the Reform leader were pictured together at Mar-a-Lago. Now Elon Musk has publicly attacked Nigel Farage, saying he “doesn’t have what it takes” to lead the party and should be replaced.
