A record number of Americans are gearing up to head to the airport or hit the highway this Memorial Day weekend.

The Senate on Tuesday passed a bill that would eliminate federal taxes on tips, advancing a key campaign promise of President Donald Trump, with the help of Senate Democrats.

The Army expects as many as 200,000 people could attend, and that putting on the celebration will cost an estimated $25 million to $45 million.
