Seward, Nebraska, located 25 miles west of Lincoln with a population of under 8,000, is home to a 45-ton time capsule, once dubbed the largest in the world by the World Record Academy.
“It’s special to know that their voices [are] in there that I haven’t heard in a long time,” said Stephanie Fisher, who is traveled from Colorado with her parents to retrieve their artifact.
