A man in his early 20s was found stabbed late on the night of May 22 in the Thousand Oaks area, the Ventura County Sheriff's Office said. Sheriff's Capt. Tyler Abbott said dispatchers received a call at 11:30 p.m. about several people fighting near the 1600 block of Calle Diamonte. The address is north of Highway 101 and west of Ventu Park Road.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Metro Nashville Police (MNPD) detectives have charged a man with stabbing his acquaintance to death. The incident happened inside an apartment at the Fatherland Flats Complex on Wednesday. MNPD detectives say the 54-year-old Douglas Dodson was allowed by 26-year-old Tristan Williams to stay inside the apartment.

A judge in Allen Superior Court handed 37-year-old Christina Habegger 60 years in prison. She was found guilty of murder in April in connection to the fatal stabbing of her boyfriend, 38-year-old Robert Lee Higginbotham III.
