Forecasters warn that several factors in the western Caribbean, including high water temperatures, indicate that a system could kick up in that region some time after Halloween.

A short-lived tropical depression or even Tropical Storm Nadine could form but an advisory is now out for storm impacts on Central America.

On Friday at 11 pm, the National Hurricane Center issued an advisory stating that the potential tropical cyclone is 140 miles east of Belize City, with maximum sustained wind of 35 mph. It’s moving at 8 mph to the west. The potential tropical cyclone is expected to change into a tropical storm on Saturday.

Unfortunately, that's not likely to be the case, as AccuWeather predicts that a system potentially capable of becoming Tropical Storm Patty could be just a week away. "We suspect there will be another attempt for a tropical depression or tropical storm to brew in the western Caribbean during the middle to the latter part of next week,

The Atlantic appears clear at the moment, but forecasters say the makings of the next storm could already be brewing.
