TULSA, Okla. — The suspect in a standoff in north Tulsa has been shot by an officer, according to Tulsa Police. According to Tulsa Police, officers responded to an armed robbery near Pine and Sheridan Friday afternoon which turned into a standoff. TPD has Marshall Street locked down during the standoff.

Officers first responded Friday morning to the scene near 5900 E. Marshall St. where a man reportedly pointed a firearm at a teen domestic violence victim.

Tulsa Police Captain Richard Meulenberg confirmed that that standoff began after police responded to reports of an armed robbery. Police said the area of 5900 E. Marshall is currently locked down by officers.
