Dec 13, 2020 · After manhunt I decided to rewatch Mindhunter again, and the compare/contrast with Kemper and Jewell is so interest with them being played by the same actors. Biggest thing is the speech. Jewell can barely get a sentence out without "um" "well" "uh" and never seems to know what he's saying.

May 10, 2023 · There were no hundreds of cars lol There were like 3-4 and maybe 6 at the end. 2-3 cars got compromised by shoots and explosions, they hurt few cops and the remaining were outside their cars, helping the others and catching the brother who was shot and ran over.

Dec 10, 2020 · There seems to be this thing now with Netflix where they have a series that can tell a story in five episodes but for some reason it ends up being 10 episodes. This series is a perfect example. Like I said, the last three episodes the writers were really reaching and just pulling nonsense out of their ass.

Jul 2, 2019 · I know you asked Netflix, obviously, but in the off chance you have Hulu, or want to try it for a month, I really liked The Looming Tower. Some similarities to Mindhunter and Manhunt with it being about a real world criminal investigation and all, but about the lead-up to 9/11.

Jun 5, 2023 · The cops all of them city, state and the feds looked like a bunch of clowns dealing with these 2 amateurs. The shootout at night when one of the terrorist got killed and the other one escaped right through the police perimeter was a prime example.

Oct 25, 2017 · I thought Manhunt was much better than Mindhunter. Mindhunter became too witch-hunty for me (thru 10 eps), though it was great to see Anna Torv back on screen. The thing with Unabomer was that it was a tight storyline so while -like Mindhunter- the Fed went all tunnel-vision on his mission, having it about a single case kept me interested.
