The Marching Ironmen perform at all Jackson High School football games, pep rallies, marching festivals, local parades, and all other scheduled events. The Marching Ironmen are the largest band in all of Southeast Ohio.

The Jackson Band Program is a comprehensive band program serving nearly 400 students of the Jackson City Schools in grades 6-12. We are proud to say that our band program boasts over a 30% enrollment within the district making Jackson the largest band program in OMEA District 17.

Jackson High School Band The Marching Ironmen are the largest band in Southeast Ohio, and the largest student activity at Jackson High School. Approximately 25% enrollment. Our students receive more “Superior” ratings at OMEA Adjudicated Events than any other music program in Southeast Ohio.
